Finally!

Hey ya'll!

It's day one with my new camera. My brother came home from San Diego today and brought me the camera I've been waiting months for, a Canon Rebel XTi. Well, I havn't been waiting months for that particular camera, but for an SLR in general. I'm so happy. So yeah, I did decide to create a Blogger for the "photo a day" thing. This is it. I'm going to be posting a new picture(s) every day. Thanks for those who stop by! :)

Understand that photography has been a passion of mine for years; however, I've never had anything other than a digital to take pictures with and the quality of course is no where compared to what you get when you're using an SLR.

My real personal and lengthy entries will remain on my other Blogger. For those of you that don't have access to that (because it is set to "private") and wish to have access to it, let me know. I'll have to you invite you.

I was limited to where I could shoot today, so I decided to take a few pictures at home and head on over to our flower shop...

And this is day one with my new camera:
So, that's that. I'm excited to start this.

Peace and photos,

Sarah

P.S. I also created a Flickr account. Here's the link: My Flickr

Hey Sarah,

These are great images. Thanks for visiting me at my blog. Some of my favorite pics have come when I was restricted as to what to shoot. Probably because I had to get more creative! Does that make sense? The colorws in these are great and I love the red flower!

I look forward to coming back and visiting...can I add this blog to my links? Let me know. And I would love to see your other blog!

Take care.
